Adding pics to posts

Can someone tell me how to add a pic to this board with a thread (not an aviator)??I used file attachments, browse and select a file but nothing happened, did I missed something ?

your allowed 30720 bytes

this is a small file size and usually you will nead to shrink the file size,
normally i will re-save the pic as a jpeg then check the file size befour i post
