Don't forget the clocks go back at stupid oclock in the morning. Remember to change your clocks before you go to bed and dont arrive at the dive show too early. You get an extra hour in bed

And a big up from the YD massive for all the poor bu**ers who have to do that extra hour at work, if you please.

Special thoughts to nurses and associated type workers, that one hour sounds like nothing, but feels like HELL!

Yeah, but only for half a day at a time

Of course, six months ago they would have had a shift that was one hour shorter, and its only six months to the next short one, so no sympathies here!

Yeh, except for the fact that they do rotary shifts. My pattern put me on 'earlies' every year when the clocks went forward, so an hours less sleep before an 0600 start, and then 'nights' for the going back so had to do an extra hour. Still room for sympathy if you care.

Thankfully now out of that, I now just work 24/7.

Yeah I did that today on 2hrs sleep got to bed at 610 and was picking up my mate at 0830 then on to the dive show, got a few funny looks early, esp at the dan stand oh well it was only until I sort of woke up and could talk coherently about an hour before I left.
