| Hi Lou I had this problem with mine a couple of years ago, I contacted Blandford as they are the distributor, but they were awfull, after several atempts and no reply; I e-mailed Mares in Italy. A few days later, Blandford contacted me sounding pretty p*ssed and basicaly said it's out of warranty so sod off. I threw it in the bin and bought a SUUNTO. James
