Mares Computer repairs
Hi,

I'm having problems with my Mares M1 computer (specifically that it won't go into dive mode anymore) and I'm struggling to work out who to contact to see if I can get it fixed.

Does anyone have any ideas or useful email addresses.

Hi Lou

I had this problem with mine a couple of years ago, I contacted Blandford as they are the distributor, but they were awfull, after several atempts and no reply; I e-mailed Mares in Italy. A few days later, Blandford contacted me sounding pretty p*ssed and basicaly said it's out of warranty so sod off.

I threw it in the bin and bought a SUUNTO.

I had a similar experience with my Mares Surveyor Nitrox recently. The Swedish agent just said Mares aren't repairing them. If it had been within warranty, they'd have given me a discount on a new computer. As it was, I had no alternative but to bin it and buy aother computer.
