Thumbs up Well done COOKY on passing your AOW

My friend COOKY (Tracy) passed her PADI AOW in 3 degrees near-zero viz at Ellerton yesterday (ably assisted by StuP). She's too shy to post her achievement herself so I thought I'd do it for her.

It's taken a while to get there, after many dives cancelled due to the weather (winter not being the best time to try and complete training as we all know).

I had the pleasure of assisting Tracy in her OW dives last summer as part of my DM internship, and I have to say she's a little natural in the water and would put some more experienced divers to shame with her buoyancy.

Well done Tracy - I know you're looking forward to diving the St Abbs gig next weekend!

Well done to Tracy!

If you can pass a course in three degree water with viz that bad, you can do it anywhere IMHO.

Congratulations

Well done, Tracy. You should get a certificate just for diving in Ellie at this time of year! St Abbs, if we get in, will seem like a tropical paradise compared to Ellie!

Now someone please remind me why we are going to Ellie on Tuesday
