| Back in the water... Well, 3 months after going into Hospital, Ive managed to get back in the water (well, silt... it was Wraysbury!) It was only a 22 minute dive, but it was good to be underwater again! Also found it quite tiring, so I need to do more stamina work... (like diving more often?) Andrew |

| Nice one mate! I know how it feels to dive after 4 months of after an op. My back and legs ached for the rest of the week!

| Congratulations on getting back in the water, after my accident last year I had a long lay off, I was knackered after 10 minutes on my first dive so I know how you are feeling, I was able to use the pool on club nights to fin , it is very boring and you really get to see how horrid public pools are but well worth it to get some strength and stamina back |
