Fantastic service!
All banks are bas*****, robbing us blind, cr** service etc......that is the usual unless you bank with Coutts or Flemings etc. Well HSBC were fantastic today. I ordered a bankers order in U$ yesterday at about 4pm by telephone. The call centre - yes it was in India - and I did have to anounciate properly - handled the call well. Gave me a good exchange rate & the BO cost £9. They told me that it could take up to 6 working days but in practice was usually 2 - 3. Well the funds cleared in the US bank by 5pm today. I think that is great service & a big up to the HSBC.

Well I know its quite unusual but my banks pretty good too
