A question of air?
What is the BS standard on 'clean' air or O2 compatible if one is trying to be specific? Will the following do?

"Air quality meets and exceeds EN12021 & BS4275 standards." Our club has a new compressor & I am trying to work out if I can have my tanks filled there.....

If you mean does filling a cylinder with 'clean air' mean it remains Nitrox compliant then the answer is yes. i.e. you can have nitrox cylinders filled with 'clean air'

Having said that I'm not conversant in the standard so I couldn't say from that perspective

Not quite........
No, I am trying to find out if the air that my club says is 'clean' is 'clean enough' to use in my Nitrox cylinders. The BS quoted is from the manufacturers website - but I don't know the BS that the genuinely clean air suppliers, such as Underwater Explorers/Stoney/Norwich Scuba comply to. I am the only member who regularly uses nitrox and if by saving a few quid I am going to compromise my equipment and the other operators, then I will fill them elsewhere. It is just the time-saving factor really.
