yes yes oh yes, I AM an instructor!!!!
After a couple of gruelling weeks, much fretting, anguish, sleepless nights, endless swatting and general anxiety, I finally went to Palma on Friday afternoon for the Instructor exams.

Theory exams were Friday night, finished about 10pm, then back to the hotel to prepare saturday morning confined water teaching sessions.

Saturday was spent in the water, confined in the morning and open water / rescue in the afternoon. Saturday evening we had a couple of hours respite to go out for a meal in santa Ponsa (nice place) and then back to hotel to prepare prescriptive teaching for this morning. By lunchtime it was over.

It hasn´t sunk in yet. I am thrilled and elated but almost too tired to celebrate.

The IE was actually great fun, we were with a great bunch of people (18 of us in all), the sun shone, the water was calm and the vis was good.

Guess what I´m doing in the morning to celebrate? Yep - I´m going diving!!!!!
