South coast "buggered up" this weekend?

Just had our sunday dive cancelled in Swanage - is this the case for the whole of South coast?

    predicted NE winds 5 – 6.

Just called into Portland, and all the diving is cancelled there too - even in the harbour, so it has to be bad.

Think we're still going out on Sunday (Aquanauts in Plymouth). And there are spaces!
If you have to think about it for more than thirty seconds, you probably shouldn't get in.

Last night we decided to see if plymouth was on. No go, 5-6 possibly 7.

So decided club boats in west wales. Same wind forcast.

Seems everywhere from anglesy through to near dover have the same winds forecast to hit so killing the weekend anywhere.

Annoyingly yesterday was out doing boat handling practice, we elected not to take kit due to horrific forecast. Got there, perfect diving conditions and looking down buoy lines vis looked 5-6m - possibly the best ive ever seen there.

Looks like another weekend in chepstow for me.

Well, now that you lot have all had your diving blown out, anyone want to come and help me with housework?

    no?

Thought not. Even I don't want to do it.

Is that the Dive 125 Sunday trip that I was thinking of going on? Suppose it means I don't have to find a fill. Anyone know the nearest place that does nitrox from Kingston?
