Pity you started this thread calling the guy an idiot. It really is a sad reflection on instructors that they are always made out to be money grabbing, uninterested ejits who dont deserve to be paid a propper wage as its not a real job anyway. In fact it sounds like his instructors were very proper in the way that they delt with him, and he sounds as though his feet are on the ground. A lesson to be learned here folks, perhaps a little less holier than thou might go a long way. On that note i think i will get off for a wee night dive in the red sea.
