8mph westerly my *rse
Right, a 1.5 hour drive throught to NB this morning based on a forecast of 8mph out of the west. Get to NB and its howling at least 30mph straight out of the east

1.5 hours back to sit drinking coffee and contemplating cutting the grass.

Yep - light winds today forecast - actual weather blustery easterlies. Tomorrows dives have been canned already, but the system looks like passing through earlier than expected and Monday *may* be a go-er. Fingers crossed.
