| Sensus Pro - Lack of Support All, I bought a used Sensus Pro about 3 weeks ago but haven't managed to get it working in various operation systems. I've emailed ReefNet three times since the 31st May and left numerous phone messages, all without response. I know on their website they state: OPERATIONAL NOTICE ReefNet will be operating with reduced staff from May 10 - June 18, 2007. During this period, online orders will be processed and shipped as usual. However phone and email inquiries may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your patience! but I'm getting more than a little frustrated now. Does anyone have any other contact details apart from what's on their website? Cheers, Ian
