| Great Service from Go -Dive Derby Just before my recent trip to Norway I ordered some Sofnolime, Cristolube and a new Cell from Go-Dive. These arrived about 3 days later but after I left for my trip. On returning 10 days later I opened up my packages etc and was unhappy with the manufacture date on the cell. I rang Mark at Go Dive and pointed out the problem. No Quibbles, no argument, just a 'send it back and I'll replace or refund it for you'. I chose to ask for a replacement and sent the item back on Wednesday of this week. On returning home from work on Friday there was a note to say my parcel was awaiting collection at the post office. I've seen some threads on this forum in the past complaining about Go-Dives customer service. My experience with them has always been a positive one. I've always had prompt effecient service from them as well as the best prices around ( Lime is only £65 delivered, o2 cells £50 ). This is the first time I've had a problem with an order and it was sorted in a very efficient no fuss manner. Great customer service. Alan

| My biggest gripe with go-dive always happens when I have tried to buy cylinders, there is very poor communication and when they dont arrive within two weeks with no communication you tend to get annoyed. But then they have let me down so to speak twice, out of about ten orders basically if its in stock you'll have it quick, if its out of stock you wont know and will just get annoyed at not receiving your items. Just my experience, they have provided next day delivery for me before which was fanatastic so its not all bad. |
