boring Friday and fraustrated lobsters

Well it's Friday and here I am one third of my way through a boring shift . I have been desperately trying to find something witty and sparkling to post, thus starting off a lively and intellectual thread, however cannot thing off anything, I am basically all forumed out.

still will give it a go. Last Saturday afternoon took a trip out to the peveril ledges on the smooth hound skippered by Mike to do a drift. At the time I was diving with Dave (a wreck hating fish hugger and member of sea search ). Whilst drifting along come across two lobbies who seemed to be squaring up for a ruck, infact off they went claws up in the air and laying into each other. One of the lobbies was much smaller than the other one, this really annoyed me as it seemed that there was bullying even in the lobster world. So I shooed the bigger of the two away whilst repremanding it for it's bullying tactics and moved the smaller of the two to safety.

Once on the boat my buddy started laughing and called me an insensitive barsteward as I had jumped in during what turned out to be not a fight but a courtship

so to the two fraustrated lobsters out in swanage bay................sorry

Sounds like you have some fun dives Daffy, its the sort of thing that I would do and then find out later was completely the wrong thing

I think its because i am always sticking my nose into other peoples business When i was telling the wife she could not believe it as per her comments "can't you even go under the water without interfering and poking your nose into other peoples or even lobsters business and upsetting them"

You're not the only one......

On the way back from our dive yesterday we spotted something floating in the sea. The boat was turned around and we went back to investigate. Turned out to be two large turtes bonking! They ducked under the water as we approached so we don't know if we interupted or not.
