water temperature in capernwray or eccy delph?

hi all,
going to head off to capernwray or eccy delph tomorrow with the family and was wondering if I would be able to get away with my 5mm semi dry and hood or shall I stick with the dry suit?

does anyone that has been to either of the sites recently know the water temperature please?

thanks.
Nick

Apparently the viz has been pants at eccy lately they've put something in the water that's meant to improve the viz and it's done the opposite. 2 members of my club went a few weeks back and will not be returning for a good while not seen it myself but if i had to pay for a dive it'd be cape same price better viz more sights
