Also 46Mjoules for $2 sounds good too. £1 for 13Kwh? That about what I pay for electricity and knowing compressors are notoriously inefficient I would say 'no chance' but then this is India...

46Mj is about 10Kilos of a good explosive freshly filled.

That's no argument...

From the tales I hear the complex chemistry of a Catalytic converter generates more pollution to manufacture and dispose of than it captures in its life time but you can't use logic to argue with polititians after a green vote.

I don't care if it's a silly idea.
I'd still rather like one.
