Never Again!

This leads on from "Online or LDS"

Today, after a six week wait I finally got my hands on the pony set I ordered from Go Dive. They hadn't even screwed the pillar valve in properly!

I took it to one of my local shops to get it filled but due to the state of the cylinder they insisted on checking the thread and doing a visual inspection before they filled it. Perfectly understandable, I wouldn't want to put air at 3000psi into a container I wasn't sure of. That cost me a tenner.

I've been kicking myself as I think I should have done the right thing and bought locally in the first place.

Guess who's never going to see another penny of my hard earned cash???

Send the bill for the service of your cylinder valve and a letter to GO DIVE and see what they have to say.

Nice idea John but at this stage I'm too tired and wouldn't waste the stamp on them. I just want to get my head wet and say hello to the fishies.

The guvnor of my LDS is passing it through IDEST so we'll see what occurs.

Cheers!
