Pelvic thrust exercise!
I have to apologize, I am too lazy to copy over 3 things from another forum + I didn't find the info so it doesn't seem right for me to ............

The links on the opening thread take you to YouTube and, well, I don't think "it" is for me! Or wreck divers. Or reef divers. Perhaps of use to free divers although it looks quite energetic so perhaps it wouldn't be good for free divers.

A few weeks of using that and I bet I'd be able to 'be at it' like a donger on an old style alarm clock. Maybe that should be a 'dinger'?

Clever piece of kit but doubt it'll make it to mass production (though I'd be suitably impressed if it did). Might get as much attention as that self propelled aqua-plane thingamy (the one you jump up and down on and sink when you stop).

as for pelvic thrust excersising i will stick to the good old fashioned way of

keeping everything in good working order lol!
