Question Yd pick up service ?

Can anybody help ?
I want to bid on a 24" monitor on ebay, but it needs to be picked up from Kingfisher Way, Loughborough near Leicester on or before the 29th September, ie this coming Saturday . It finishs tomorrow night which only leaves Friday or Saturday .
Be aware this monitor weighs 45 kg !!!
I can collect from loughborough on the weekend of the dive show or meet at the dive show .
Obviously beer tokens will be exchanged accordingly .
TIA

45Kg what's it made of lead

I don't wish to be rude here, but asking if someone can pick an item of that weight up and then asking them to keep it for two weeks, before you pick it up is a little beyond what the "YD postal service" was designed to do.

What the heck you they do with it for two weeks.

The constant request for other people to transport items does make me smile.

Just seen this. I will be in Loughborough on Saturday, but I don't think I'll be able to get it into my Micra along with my big hockey kit bag. Sorry, I'm not going to be able to help on this one.

I know this isnt a direct answer but I have a 19" monitor thats surplus. You can have it if you want it, Ive also got some guys on a training course up here from the South East end of October. I could ask them to transport it

Thanks all

I am sorted provided I win of course .
Fiona, I appreciate what you say ,that is why I put the weight so people were aware & why there were a lot of beer tokens on offer .
to many times I hear of people useing the yd postal service which can end up with people going well out of their way to deliver something for nothing other than a thank you .(if something isd offered but refused that's different but at least make an offer !) .I do not expect somebody to do it for nothing .
