Alright to take the piss now but people must have short memories, if only someone had asked similar questions 6 or 7 years ago about blokes who wanted to learn to steer a plane but didn't want to learn to land or takeoff.

And it's not as if using divers to lay charges is a new concept.

Ah but they'll be easy to spot when they come in - with all the funding available to support the terrorists, they'll be the ones not asking for discount on courses, kit etc and will actually read their manuals. Bound to stick out like a pair of Speedos on the top deck of a liveaboard!
