Vandagraph

Just wanted to acknowledge great service ........ I purchased a new o2 sensor for my Analox E11 (good value atŁ45 +vat) Delivery was next day and when I fitted it the unit still wouldn't work. One call to Jean Lamb at VDG and she offered to check the sensor and my unit if I wanted to send it to them. 2 days later she called to say that moisture had got onto the PCB ( by capiliary action from the battery wires - most likely).
They posted my Analox back as they do not repair these (but would have stripped and tried to make a repair if I wanted) ... along with a cheque for the full value of the sensor - even though I had opened and fitted it, and no postage charge !!
Nice to get such great customer friendly service
Jeff

Agreed re the great service !

Yes, I can second that. My VN202 battery clip came off and Vandagraph offered to repair it and service the unit free-of-charge. Great service. Well worth considering if you're buying an analyser.
