hard times & stress relief
Last week was a very bad week!!

For reasons I wont go in to It was a really bad week at work.

By Friday the stress levels were so high I could feel myself ready to explode. I was asking why I do it.

Then I calmed down and looked out my office window. Suddenly things didnt seem so bad. (excuse picture quality they are from my phone!!)

This is why






It could be worse!!!!!!

I love the sea, and totally agree... although your water looks considerably more mucky than mine, and would be a cause of much concern and stress if I had that view from here

Better than being stuck in a city though.

Well it is poole quay. The inner harbour aint exactly know for its clarity :-)

Still though being by the water has an amazing calming effect... I used to go for walks by the Thames and that worked too.

One of the places i work occasionally has a great view of the sea it's an oil rig and calming it isn't

the view out of my office window is a decomposing dead pigeon hanging from some safety netting in front of a dirty wall.

I too find it deeply fulfilling and relaxing. and try to work from home a lot.
