| Seemed to be a few years ago everyone built their own, now these days they are pretty cheap and not worth the bother. 35quid plus the sensor, so 80 quid, a ready built one doesn't cost much more. MM ps. Good to see the chap does admit to nicking the original idea from the OxyHackers Handbook - a very good read if I may say so. pps. ok so it is quite a lot cheaper than ready made. Anyone reverse engineered one for a parts list, just nick the assembly instruction of the ebay site.

| i built one. easy enough to do and i'm no soldering expert! always within a few tenths of other analysers so no problems with accuracy. the instructions are good and the seller is great. and it makes an oxygen analyser a bit less of a 'black box'! ![]()

| Have a look at the El-Cheapo at Oxycheq too. There may be customs costs etc to add but at $100 including the sensor it might be worth it.........this Ebay one looks remarkably similar www.oxycheq.com Regards, David. |

| There's an O2 analyser you can buy for £85 complete with sensor and all finished. Have a search on the boards and it'll come up. Not worth building your own. Conrad Electronic - Europe`s leading electronics and technology mail-order specialist Do a search for "oxygen".
