My friend was having a hard time giving birth and couldn't get comfortable. The midwife suggested a change in positions might help and asked 'Could you support your wife, Mr Jones?'

He stopped sucking on the laughing gas, leapt up and started chanting 'Come on, Sarah, woohoo, you can do it, come on Sarah'..........................................
