Not quite dive kit but I got a Kelly kettle at Christmas and it's absolutely superb for a post dive brew. Fresh cup of tea boiled on a few sheets of newspaper, beats a flask hands down. You can also warm your hands on the outside while it's boiling.

A weight system - belt/harness/whatever - that you ARE willing and prepared to ditch in a hurry!

After that, a proper knife - one that really cuts - not one of those 'scuba' shi-ite things with bottle-openers attached.

elastic bad gauge holders off niknaks, long hose, buddy smb with little tank, jetfin flippers, pockets on sides of drysuit not front (bah!), and gauge only rather than console
