Eeek, the point of no return has arrived

For those of you who have been aboard, the following photos might be a little disturbing



That hole in the whaleback (the enclosed bit at the front) is to allow the anchor to be deployed easily.

And this is the biggie.....



Our galley was a little snug, so rather than try to get skinny divers on the boat, we decided to make the whole thing a little larger. Soooo the galley is being extended right out to the sides and back of the boat, making it huge. I am currently bugging Hazel for a walk in fridge and huge cooker, but doubt i will get them As you can see, Hazel has been getting busy with the crow bar and started to take it to bits.

I will keep you posted as to how we get on

They are fine, under their heat lamp getting their adult feathers I found a random egg in one of the sheep pens yesterday too, so i suspect mum has been busy again.

I would like to say that making the walk ways wider just so Howard can get from his bunk to the mess hall is the kind of customer service that sets you apart from the normal liveaboard.

On the Malin head trip Howard had to sleep top side as we couldn't get his arse through the door and the crew refused to cut a larger hole on the side of the ship.

I don't think Howard will be using Loyal Watcher again especial following that tasteless comment about the boats list to starboard when he took a piss over the side.

(he couldn't use the toilet as he couldn't fit in )

I hope every thing goes OK with the small modifications you both are making to your HOME & WORK place

While you are at it i think it might be wise to make the LIFT entrance wider so Howard can get himself through as i have heard he has put on some pounds over Christmas

Between Hazel and Helen I doubt they would have any problem getting anyone through any gap no matter how small. It would be messy but they would do it.
