The alternative is to buy another twinset and keep that one full for your "big" dives and just drain the other one a little at a time on smaller dives

you could always use go-dive ! garanteed to make your cylinder very warm on completion of the fill!

Exactly.....there's 36% in them atm.....the top off will give me 32% that I need for the next dive.
