Nope they're heavy duty marigolds. Your neo seal would work by sealing on the outside of them. Worth a go
Well it works

My tip was to well lubricate the neoprene wrist seal and the gloves and keep your sleeves of the undersuit tucked well inside your gloves.

I found the only slight problem was at 18mtrs the gloves tend to squeeze a little and trying to transfer air from inside my suit to the glove needed a little prctice but im sure ill getr the hang of it...

WOZ i owe you a brew next time im at stoney and you can find me

A couple of people I know use lengths of rubber tubing to give a conduit for air flow and I know some manafacturers of dry gloves give you plastic tubes. Rubber seems to work better though.

Being an engineer requires the very technical skills and a delicate range of instruments

So here is a selection of Woz's taken today while he was purchasing another for a slightly larger problem

Fine Adjustment.

Medium Adjustment
