Just want to say thanks to John at Kent Tooling.

I called him up to order a back plate on tuesday, its now sitting beside me right now as I type (it actually arrived yesterday but the guys in the stores forgot to tell me about it until today! [do we have a smilie for 'rolling eyes'?])

Well impressed with the service, delivery and the back plate itself!

I rang John early in the week for a 25mm D ring...and he sent it to me next day delivery FOC....so instead of ordering an Aquatec Co2 SMB which is what I was going to do..... I'll give John a ring on Monday and order one of his and a few other bits too..........thanks for the great service John, your a star...

yeah,
not so long back i called john enquiring about a reel and ended up ordering there and then.
no-pressure sales, friendly & professional manner, silly fast delivery and the quality of the reel i received was simply mind-blowing.

i cant reccomend kent tooling enough.

(saving for an inspo box as i type!!)

Possibly not but i generally order things late evening when im home (or early hours of morning) so phone isnt really an option. As a result i generally use online for everything.

Doesn't take much effort to phone but often takes slightly more effort than some mouse clicks before bed.

Ordered a couple of CO2 cartridges from Kent Tooling, John said it was too small an order to pay by card, so sent them free of charge.
