Diving on hold for another year
I thought I'd post here, as there's a few here who'd be interested, to say that I'm putting my diving on hold for another year. It was not an easy decision to make, particularly as it potentially means I'll be paying for trips I'm not going to be doing. The decision was purely financial - if I concentrate my efforts this year on some of my debts I'll be better able to afford diving next year.

I had been considering giving it up all together, and selling my gear, but my wife convinced me just to delay getting back in to it, despite me telling her how much I could get back if I sold everything.

I've told him that he can borrow cylinders, etc if he cleans/services them if necessary

sorry to hear that.

I am working a 2nd job, 3 nights a week to pay of the diving credit card. This is my first month but should give me an extra £400 after tax each month. So should only have to do it for 3 months (hopefully).
