Feck aaaaaaaaarse
swear stomp scream arrrrrrrrrgh.

Do you ever have a run of things going wrong?

2 weeks ago my neck seal split. Diving cancelled. Got it fixed, got it back, tried it on. It was a bit tight so I stretched it on a football. Tried it on again, better now - great, going diving tomorrow. Hooray. Packed all my gear, got cylinders filled, double an triple checked everything - haven't dived for over 12 weeks - Aha...... thought I'd check the suit.

Football in neck, bottles in the sleeves, fill with air, check for leaks..... feckin neck seal came away from the tape. Half way round the neck. Called the seal fixing man. "That might have been old glue, I'll get some more"

Me: "Can you fix it tonight?"

"No"



I'm going to need a scuba review if this carries on.

Vonny, I think UE are doing a try before you buy on DUI's, so they may be able to help you - I would have posted you my spare, but I gather you need it faster than the speed of light............

They send them off to be fixed..... I tried there last time. I couldn't do without the suit for 2 weeks while it was being mended. They were sympathetic though.

Have you tried O3? They might be able to fix it, or if you ask nicely they have loads of second hand suits they might let you borrow....
