| If you were a veggie in China for any period of time mate then you are either very brave or very stubborn cause trying to get across the concept of what a vegetarian was to a chinese person was bloody difficult - how long were you there for? Oh and elaborate on Stowell Street, is it in the Toon or in Darlo? I'd kill for Da Pan Ji and a few other chinese dishes I've never seen in the UK. Mike |

| Get a dog, 15min walk in the morning and 1hr in the afternoon.If the walk involves large hills you get all the fitness benefits without the associated damage to knees (running) and pride (lycra). As Garf says keep a variety in the exercise and you cant go far wrong. Oh ... and remember - less pie more salad.
