Hi,

I have been thinking along similar lines for when I'm in France. Have just got a second hand 7ltr off yd diver and am going to use my buddy plastic backplate. When I've dived in the pool with a 3ltr and the plastic backplate, I don't have to put any lead on when diving in swimming cossie. So probably wouldn't need to put the wing on.

Can also use it for a deco/drop bottle for uk diving.

Cheers

Lyv

I love diving a single 10 if the dive permits. When working abroad i did 100% of my dives on one. So light and easy even compared to a 12.

Mini B scuba diving

Have you seen the Minib systems, it looks like what you are looking for. They have several uk dealers, mainly boat chandlers, boaters use them to clear props and things like that.
