Mrs 43 has perfected the art of using the clippers on me (erm headwise you understand ) and it takes about 5 minutes ackerchilly! She'd make a great hairdresser, or a pre-op nurse!

Do send me your curry recipe. We're having take away tikka, madras, rice and rotis later. Mmmmmmm!
It's Thai, none of your Indian muck and dead easy (as I'm sending you this message you may have gathered that I haven't eaten it yet). I'll send it to you later and you'll be converted.

Mmmmm, lot's to go at here. However, here's the recipe:-

1lb of chicken (or 1 x medium chicken breast per person)
3 x garlic cloves, chopped (more if you wish)
1/2 onion finely chopped
8 small new potatoes, these can be halved
2 x tablespoons of Massaman Curry Paste (it has to be Massaman and not red or green which aren't the same)
440ml or 1 x tin of coconut milk

Heat a wok or suitable pan and fry the garlic and onion in a little oil until soft. Add these and the remaining ingredients to another suitable pan (you can always use the same pan if you wish) and simmer on a very low heat for 1 1/4 hours. Check every now and again to make sure the curry does not burn or stick onto the bottom of the pan. If it does, you are simmering too high.
When the meat and potatoes are about cooked add a handful of finely chopped cashew nuts, which will help thicken the curry. If you require a more stronger flavour add more curry paste, if you require a weaker (less spicey) flavour just add a teaspoon of brown or white sugar. All to your own taste.
Serve with plain basmati rice or Thai jasmine rice and enjoy.

For an addition you can add green beans - great.

Wink Dry weekend

Took daughter to see Norwich. Which is where she goes if she does not get back to studying and doing exam questions. Not the uni** there you understand, we will just dump her there.*
Planning on salty stuff for next weekend, probably Swanage might do the Fleur and drift, or Kyarra. Ooh its so hard to choose which. Mrs 1904 may be in attendance, so I may have to behave.

*only joking of course. I am not the cruel and heartless parent that my daughter makes me to be in front of the teachers and social workers. I will provide £100 cash to pay for the first couple of days.

**£12k a year inc fees to get through uni!

Went down to portsmouth this weekend from Manchester in hope to dive U-1195 and The Prince Leopold. Unfortunately due to weather predictions from the Met office, wight divers decided to call it

One of those things I guess.
