Fatal mistake. With a car that size it looks like you'll have more passengers
on dive trips

At least you are getting shot of the 106. For such a kit-whore, that's gotta
be the most unsuitable wagon going.

I love the 106 but, you're right, it's not that practical. Although I was getting very good at packing it full of gear. 3 twinsets, 4 stages, 2 drysuits, clothes for a week and a day bag. And still room in the boot for an amp and sub. Need a suitable smilie, this will do LOL

EDIT: or this one

Congrats, the lump underneath the bonnet will bring a big smile to your face. It will leave the boy racers in their clios, saxos and 106's claiming "I wasn't really trying to race you anyway".
I have the same engine in my Leon Cupra, and ,touch wood, I've had 4 years of fantastic motoring from it. To preserve the Turbo on it, remember to give it a cooling period after a thrashing i.e.' if you have been driving it hard, ease off a couple of miles from 'home', or let it idle for a minute after arriving 'home' in order for the turbo to cool off.

Excellent, that would be me until I chop the 106 in for the Skoda on Thursday

I've got an Octivia 1.9TDi. Brilliant dive wagon. Currently has 4 twinsets, 4 stages, and all my dive kit for this weekend in it and there is still room for 2 passengers (without dive kit!)

I took mine to Scapa last year with around 500kg of dive kit and it still managed 55mpg

Nic, PM sent about your tins, again!

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.
