We almost bought a house with a goat [1] [2] in Woldingham. I thought myself fortunate at the time as there's no way I could have taken a goat diving but apparently it is possible.

[1] - No. The house wasn't that cheap. We would have paid money for the house, which came with a goat.

[2] - I say goat. It was 90% glue.
