I have to say I share Phil's frustration with the PM system - and not just on this board. Its great for nattering but they arrive as email on my phone where I read them and then forget they are unanswered as I can't answer them there and then by hitting reply.

Two days later I've often simply forgotten Email please if it is about business.

I disagree. Some stuff I ordered last week arrived short a couple of items. Chatted to Amanda via email, as I was at work, seems the package was tampered with. Result: missing items being resent.
