Does anyone know any websites where I can check high and low tide times for June and July in South Cornwall?

Try downloading WXTide32 - just Google for a link. Done the searching myself it is here

It is easy to use and you don't need to be on line to use it. It gives tides for all over the world (well by the sea anyway) for the date that you need and not just the next week.
