Swanage pier
A bunch of us are off from Sussex to Looe for the weekend 5/6 July. To break up the drive some of us are going to stop off at Swanage and jump off the pier on the way down on Friday 4th July. Does anyone know if the car park on the pier is likely to be full at early lunchtime-ish, pretty please?

it fills up quick but there is always the CP outside it not too much of a walk.

we got on the pier with no trouble last friday but in July it might be another matter, you can always park by the gate, dump your kit, then stick your car in the top car park, or borrow one of the trolleysto bring your kit down from the car.
