| Many congrats mate! Hope you enjoy it, you'll get a fair bit of time off, with overtime available, but I'm assuming that you'll be working hard when you're on duty! A guy across the road from me works in the FF Training centre, so you'll probably meet him. Best of luck! |

| Nice one fella. I must have applied in the same round as you. I got through the apptitude test and interview but unfortunately didn't make the panel. My brother-in-law is in DFB and is a diver so you might cross-paths. The fecker always seems to be on a months leave and staying with us out west to go diving while I'm plodding off to work!!! I'm going to re-apply in the next round but I'm probably going to start applying to the British brigades. Just gotta pursuade the Mrs to leave the west coast, tricky!! |
