Suicide Diver sinks naval ship
Saw this on the news this morning. It regards a sinking of a naval ship in Sri Lanka of which they believed was done by a suicide diver. I've of the risks os diving terrorism before but I think at least for me it is the first actual case.

So its true they dont test cylinders in SRI LANKA
