Excellent CS NikNaks

I have just received my new shinny Spg by DIRZone from NikNaks today as a replacement for one which I bought about 3 months ago and had broke through no fault of my own after only 6 dives and none deeper than 30mtrs.

The Spg had cracked across the glass cover which I thought first was an impact damage. However, after picking my brains as to when I might have dropped it and concluding along with discussions with my buddies that the crack didn't look like it had been dropped or smashed, ( there was no impact spatter on the glass, just a clean single crack), that it might have been faulty or of poor quality. Not what you'd expect from a solid brass and tempered Spg.

After contacting NikNaks and explaining it to them, along with a photo, they offered very kindly to refund or replace the product. So after posting the faulty one back last week I've received the shinny new one today. Better luck this time....!

Some very Excellent Customer Service NikNaks,
A customer for life
Jonny
