*URGENT* Tony Backhurst Info

My mate is at Gatwick airport after getting a late booking on a red sea trip leaving this afternoon.
She has gone to the excel desk to collect her tickets & they know nothing about it.
The freephone number to TB says they are closed.
Anyone know how to get in touch with them or where else at Gatwick that they would leave her tickets?

It might depend on the terminal but there are a couple of ticket desks along the back wall of the south terminal. I was supposed to pick up tickets for a recent trip at the Swissair desk, they serve a number of smaller airlines. There is a second imilar desk serving other airlines but i can't remember the name. It might be worth checking to see if your friend has an E-ticket, in that case you just need a passport to check in no ned for a paper ticket.

Hope this helps

Gareth

Edit: glad it worked out, just out of interest, where were the tickets?

A pinstripe(?) rep hangs around the check in queue. They have your stuff & not the airline.

What a stressful way to start your holiday. Maybe extra information needs to be put on documentation you receive for example. "When collecting tickets out of office hours look for a rep in silly stripey suit in the check in queue".
