| It is great to know that there are still companies out there who don't ask too many questions and act with great customer service, instead of fobbing you off, or robbing you blind!!! Last Sunday during my second dive the locking mechanism on my Beaver Assassin Knife sheath broke. I was about to render it "US" until I gave Beaver a call direct yesterday and told them that the knife was too expensive to just throw away! They took my details and Hey Presto, a brand new shiney one arrives in the post today - free gratis! So, I would just like to say a big thanks to Beaver for great customer service. ![]()

| Well I am pleased for you. Had issues with my brand spanking new boots on my last trip, wrote and enclosed photos, not even an acknowledgement. Very dissapointed. The mail didint ask for anything, I just advised of something they might want to look at. My assessment is very poor CS. Wibble |
