to answer your question, i could and have shared a room/bed with close friends of the opposite sex, i am a gentleman and able not to launch my love upon them. Doesn't in any way stop me thinking about shagging them.

i thought this over last night and came up with a simple conclusions and it goes back to my earlier post of women can be friends with men but men can never be friends with women.....

we are animals, just a bit more evolved but our base instincts are still the same. Women look for a partner to give their child the best start in life and will pick and choose a suitable partner for this purpose. I guess in the old days it would be the best hunter or runner or provider. If he doesn't fit these criteria she may choose to befriend him for protection but not procreation. Where as men are single minded in producing the most amount of off spring and basically taking over the world by spreading their dna as far and wide as possible to as many women, its a man thing to rule by numbers in this case.

which is why women can be friends but men will always want to shag you.
