why have i got a gnome napping warning email?

you are now in my bad books and be warned that when i next see you on-site, you are still not too old or too big to be spared a spanking across my knee.
to be spared punishment, i order you to kindly replace the gnomes back to their original gnome-home surrounding the christmas tree, at your earliest next stoney dive.

you are indeed a very, very bad boy.
