If you read the book, you'll know everything that was in the DVD and a lot more besides. Just stop and give yourself a high five and whoop a few times and it's like the DVD anyway

Not actually signed up for a course at the mo, just getting pre-prepared before I do as it takes me ages to get the manuals read. Got a bit baffled with the oxygen partial pressure stuff and thought the DVD might illustrate it all a bit clearer (or not!)
