Some body out there HELP ME !

I'm drowning in Mark Powell - throw me an SMB or something !

HWMBO has recently joined the " I've been Scared to Death by Mark Powell and Survived It " dive club and now all I get is "Mark Powell this, Mark Powell that"
all the flippin time.

I'd hoped (vainly) that things might settle down a few days after his course but how wrong I was. Now as if it isn't bad enough that he is fiddling with his knobs incessantly throughout his dives ( no change there I hear you say ) but I am getting muttered at for my buoyancy on stops, my imperfect profile, my lack of TDI skills, even my Yorkshire puddings are not as good as those bloomin Mark Powell could make ( I bet HE could even make them underwater too )!

HWMBO hasn't quite got to the point when he has murmmered "Mark,oh, Mark" in bed but it's got to be coming.

Sure I met the great man, shook his hand and said Hi ( yes, he is quite cute ) but that doesn't mean I can never wash my hand again or that I wanted to rush off and bake a batch of welshcakes.

This morning his lordship informed me he wants to do another course with God before Christmas. What sort of Christmas am I facing ?

There's only one thing likely to be stuffed if he doesn't shut up soon ............and it won't be the turkey .

Yeah that's a big problem round here. These sort of folk come back from his courses and all of a sudden everyone should sign up for Mark's courses, everyone's doing things the wrong way, everyone should be using twins and a long hose. It's not as though other agencies don't have pretty good instructors too you know. I get fed up of it
