Cheers for the replies guy's, I was in WHSmiths the other day and had a quick flick through "diver" mag, on the back page was an article by Bob Cole about it SAA introducing a "deep stops" course. Is this a stand alone course or is it part of SAA training. I tried looking on the SAA website but there did not seem to be any info, also tried purchasing the manual but although there is a shop option when i clicked on it nothing came up. Any info would be greatfully recieved

The SAA has introduced a Deep Stop version of the SAA Buhlamnn Tables. These are very simmilar to the exsting tsbles and should be fairly easy to use for anyone familliar with SAA Buhlmann tables.

The Deep stop tables will not replace the existing tables but can be used instead of the exsting tables for divers who want to incorporate them into their diving and as a training aid to teach good ascent practices.

The tables are available from the SAA shop immediately. Just call 0151 287 1001 to order.
