Fantastic Service Otter Drysuits

Bought a Brittanic Super skin in June 07.

Spec was a little different from what I wanted, but they said try and dive it a few times and let us know if you want it changed.

I changed jobs and had a 3rd Child this year so been limited diving. Spoke to Otter last week and I said I'm not happy 100% because of X and Y, and they offered to replace the suit for free with another Made to measure.

How fantastic is that? They were genuinely concerned that I was 100% happy with the suit, even prepared to send it to me before I sent the 1yr old suit back so that I don't miss any dives coming up.

As I said to John on the phone I'm very impressed with the customer service. Second to none in my opinion. A very rare thing these days.

Moral of the Story, buy from Otter, they will make sure you are happy even 1yr later.

That sounds really impressive.

I've recently fondled one of their Brittanic telescopics and it seems a great suit. Will definitely be on my list of manufacturers to consider (along with O'three) when I come to get a new suit.

I cant agree more I have had 2 suits from them and their after sales & service from them is second to none,

British manufactures are becoming a rare breed now a days due to the more and more retailers importing from the foreign market.
